The inventory skeleton

My (working) solution:

---
- name: Load dconf settings
  command: dconf load /
  args:
    stdin: "{{ dconf_contents }}"

- name: Load dconf settings for root
  command: dbus-launch dconf load /
  args:
    stdin: "{{ dconf_contents }}"
  become: true
  become_flags: -H

Settings are loaded from file.
